Rates, Availability & Confirmation

All prices, rates, and availability are subject to change and are only final at the time of confirmation and booking. Availability is not guaranteed until full confirmation has been issued by Beatspass Limited.

Bookings & Cancellations

Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
All bookings are final and non-reversible.
No refunds will be provided after confirmation under any circumstances.

Payments

Full payment must be received by the agreed deadline.
Customers who make only a partial payment and fail to complete the full amount by the agreed date may lose both the tickets and any amount already paid, without entitlement to a refund.
If a payment is marked as sent but Beatspass Limited confirms it has not been received, the customer remains responsible for resolving the issue with their bank or payment provider. Beatspass Limited is not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected payments.

Refund Policy

No refunds are accepted for cancellations, for any reason. All sales are final.

GST, service fees, processing fees, and administrative fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
No refunds will be issued in cases of event postponement or rescheduling.
No refunds will be issued for changes made by event organizers, rights holders, or venues.
No refunds will be issued for force majeure events including acts of nature, government actions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Any chargeback or payment dispute initiated in violation of this policy will be contested. Customers remain liable for the full booking amount and any additional costs resulting from chargebacks.

Role as Agent

All arrangements made by Beatspass Limited are performed strictly in the capacity of an agent only. We act as an intermediary between customers and third-party suppliers including event organizers, rights holders, ticketing platforms, airlines, and hotels.

Limitation of Liability

Beatspass Limited shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Accidents or injuries
Delayed, cancelled, or rescheduled flights
Last-minute changes by event organizers or rights holders
Delays in ticket delivery by suppliers
Weather conditions
Overbooking or closure of hotels
Technical issues, transport issues, or restricted venue access
Acts of nature or force majeure

Event Rescheduling

Beatspass Limited is not liable for any claims or refunds if a booked match or event is rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control.

Governing Law & Acceptance

These policies are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
